1:00 pm or 1:00 am: Depending on your work shift, develop a sleep schedule, so that u can get approximately 8 hours of sleep. After coming from work, taking a shower, may relax u and u may fall asleep. During daytime, complete darkness is helpful and also eleminate other disturbances. Please read the " sleep hygeine rules" on line and follow the recommendations. Try to avoid jobs with frequent changes in shift.
