I have a sense of pressure and fullness in my uterus/lower left abdomen, sometimes painful, what is this caused by? i am 22 and i am not pregnant. it sometimes hurts during intercourse.

Your : Your symptoms could represent a few different processes. First of all you need to be checked for a UTI (urinary tract infection). Your doctor can rule this out with a simple urine test. On the other hand, you could be dealing with a vaginal/pelvic infection(bacterial, yeast, or even std). Lastly, you could be dealing with ovarian cysts or even uterine fibroids (benign tumors of the uterus). There are multiple possibilities.
