Depends: If you are a male then, no waiting if you feel up to it. If you are a female and you are on a course of antibiotics (particularly a penicillin) don't count on the effectiveness of oral contraceptives you have taken. "the pill" can be rendered less effective by the antibiotics. But again, if you feel up to it and you are aware of the antibiotic/"pill" interaction-no waiting.
