Not good: It is important to get evaluated right away. If you have developed an abscess, it will have to be drained and you will need antibiotics. Delay and you can become bacteremic, where the infections enters your blood, or erodes the bone, requiring many weeks of antibiotics. This must be addressed right away/immedicately, before things get out of control.
