Awareness: Some people are more aware of physical anxiety symptoms (rapid breathing, pounding, heart, fast heartbeat, sweating, dry mouth, dizziness, nausea, tingling extremities, etc) than they are anxious emotions. If you're having such symptoms for the first time and haven't had a medical checkup, please see your physician for this. Multiple conditions may present this way, and need to be checked for.
