Depression: First consult with your doctor to rule out any medical causes. If cleared ask for a referral to a mental health professional who can help you uncover the reasons for unexplained attacks. Confide in those close to you in the meantime, talk openly to see if you can discover what stressors in your life may be affecting you and causing distress. Best.
