Hmmm . . . . : I'm not sure what you mean by "psychosomatic attack"? However, it's certainly possible for anxiety and depression to manifest in physical symptoms from head to toe. The pathway to recovery would include psychotherapy with a skilled psychologist, psychiatrist, or other therapist. Depression: First consult with your doctor to rule out any medical causes. If cleared ask for a referral to a mental health professional who can help you uncover the reasons for unexplained attacks.
