Can you have physical symptoms of anxiety with minimal mental symptoms? how do you know if it is truly anxiety. i got more anxiety from psych meds.

Anxiety: Can affect folks to a mild, moderate, or severe degree, including symptoms that are butterflies, stomach/chest discomfort, with or without the unpleasant emotional issues. If the anxiety is interfering with your social/occupational functioning, please have an evaluation. Certain meds may cause anxiety as a side effect in some folks, which your MD would need to be made aware of. Good luck!
