No: After about 6 weeks the scars will be strong enough for most activities. Most c-section scar heal very well because there is very little tension on the closure.

Do not sit ups or : And other abdominal exercises like crunches for 4 months after a c- section, those exercises may not bother the scar they can damage the rectus abdominal muscles as they take longer to heal up because when you have a csection those muscles are stretched apart and torn and a study by an exercise guru showed u should wait, you can exercise all the other muscle groups starting at 6 weeks.
