How do you FEEL?: The "idea weight" stuff is subscientific rubbish. Many elite track athletes are "underweight"; solid-muscle football linebackers are "obese". A few years ago, JAMA published a series in which "overweight (not obese)" folks seemed healthier and lived longer. Whatever looks and feels right to you and lets you keep up with peers at your favorite sports activities is your best weight.
