Well, that: May take a workup. Have u gained weight on the medication? Are your periods regular? Have u tried an ovulation predictor kit? What symptoms were you having to prompt the ANA to be drawn? The pregnancy may or may not be a direct result of the autoimmune problem, the Prednisone dose is low and it can take time for pregnancy.Do an ovulation predictor kit so u have the info and get seen.

Lab tests: Detailing laboratory tests without a full history and physical exam is of no value. Having a positive ANA may or may not mean anything, and you need to know why you are on a corticosteroid. Suggest seeing an internist and getting a full detailed evaluation.
