Delayed sleep phase: It is a vicious circle, if you sleep all day you cannot sleep at night. You may have a delayed sleep phase synrome (in other words, you may be a night owl). If you really want to sleep at night and stay awake during the day, you have to put yourself on a strict schedule with no exceptions.
