Blepharospasm: Your description sounds like blepharospasm which can occur due to primarily due to neurologic stimulation or secondarily due to ocular surface irritation. Try using some artificial tears and if no improvement, see an eye doctor. Primary blepharospasm can be treated with botox.

Blinking problem: Only way to know what is happening with your eyes is to have them examined. Some people do have nervous habits that involve blinking. Have this evaluated!
