I have noticed this last few weeks, on going to bed and turning the light off, if i open my eyes i see a black blob in my left eye vision, but if i blink a few times it will disappear. i do not have this problem in day light?

This is probably a floater but to be certain, you should see an eye doctor. If it is associated with pain or if your vision is worsening, please get checked by a doctor ASAP. Good luck!!
