Fat removal: There are multiple options for noninvasive fat removal such as ultra shape. Many devices us ultrasound. Over several treatments you can get good results. If it is a large area or you want a more sculpted appearance then traditional liposuction or ultrasound assisted liposuction can be used.

Love Handles: Many men and women have excess fat along the sides and back of the waist despite diet and exercise. Theses areas can be treated by freezing (cryolipolysis) or liposuction if there is minimal skin laxity or by surgical excision if there is excessive skin laxity. Consult a board certified plastic surgeon to learn about your options.

Spot fat reduction: CoolSculpting is a machine that draws fat into a suction cup and then cools the tissue. The cooling freezes the fat. The fat cells die. Improvement in contour is usually seen 8-12 weeks later. Liposuction can also be used. Best to see a board certified plastic surgeon to see your individual situation.

Multiple options: CoolSculpting is a great, noninvasive option for small areas of fat. No downtime. Another option would be SmartLipo or another liposuction procedure. Minimally invasive, 2-3 days of downtime. All of these result in permanent loss of the treated fat. For more on these procedures see: www.OmahaCosmeticSurgery.com
