Possibly- try herbs: Canker sores have many possible causes- esp. Acidic foods like citrus & tomatoes & allergenic foods, esp. Dairy; you may need to experiment to see. Spicy foods may irritate them but seldom cause. Toothpastes with sodium lauryl sulfate may cause as well.I don't think vit c helps much but licorice root is proven to help- you can get a tincture or lozenge.Sea buckthorn oil also often helps them heal.
