Probably not: If you don't have an acute infection in the gall bladder, you do not need it removed urgently. Even if it is just stones without significant symptoms, you could elect to not have it removed at all.

No: Gallstones in themselves are not significant unless they are associated with inflammation of the gallbladder wall. I would have your physician discuss with the radiologist whether there is thickening of the gallbladder wall, fever and an elevated white blood cell count. If so, what you may have is acute cholecystitis which would require removal. Please consult your physician.
