Avoidance: Current treatment for egg allergy is avoidance until blood or skin tests have decreased to a low enough level that the allergy may have resolved. Candida is a very common yeast type fungus and allergy to it is uncommon. Avoidance would still be the best approach for a true allergy. Most certified allergists don't believe in the candida hypersensitivity syndrome.

Nutritionist : The best treatment for allergy is avoidance. Candida is the control for allergy testing. She may truly be allergic to yeast, but i suspect that's simply the positive control on the allergy skin test. The egg allergy is the bigger issue. Discuss with your allergist, and then a nutritionist, as to what foods she can have, and what to avoid.
