Cluster of nodules on left outer thigh. some are very tender. can't see the nodules their the size of a pea but you can feel them when you rub area.

Thoughts...: It could a few different things- small sebaceous cysts or ingrown hairs. They could also be small abscess formations. Best to get them checked out by your doc - if they've been around for months or years, then usually it's not as urgent to get them checked. Best of luck!
