I'm on 88mg of synthroid, (thyroxine) my tsh is at 3.4. i was on 100mg but my tsh dropped to below 1. what's a healthy tsh for fertility? can i take vitex also?

Less : Ideal TSH for fertility is below 2.5! so you are likely better off on 100. Vitex is most likely ok but herbs are difficult to really know whether they work or not. Perhaps maybe worth a try before seeking further help. Good luck with getting pregnant!
