Im 30y.from14.02.22 i take l-thyroxine 100mg daily bcse of tsh 3.14 ,t3 = 2.9 and t4=1.07 and plans for pregnncy.on12.04,i had tsh ~ 0.01, t3= +8.5 ,t4= +3.14. i have apointment with the doctor on 28.04.which dose of l-thyrox should i take until 28?

Your tsh is too low and you circulating hormones are too high. It can cause to have symptoms of sweats, Tremor/ shakiness, heart racing.
I recommend cutting in half until the appointment
