Will my tsh increase o decrease if i forget my take my synthroid (thyroxine) for 3 days? i take 50 mg and i'm at 0.022, t4 is 14.84 i don't have a thyroid anymore

Won't change much: Hi. Was your thyroid taken out for Graves' disease? If so, your dose is too high, since you have a pretty suppressed TSH. If you are stable on your Synthroid (thyroxine) (on it for at least a couple of months), missing 3 days won't change your TSH appreciably, but the direction it would go in would be UP. Following treatment for Graves' disease, you want a normal TSH, so a dose reduction is indicated.
