Many possibilities: If you have chronic nasal congestion you should get checked out. It could be from a structural problem like a deviated nasal septum (the septum is the wall that separates the nose into a left and right side), it could be allergies, it could be nasal polyps. You can't look in your own nose so you have to have someone do it for you..
