I was putting in my nasal spray this morning and i got short of breath just for a couple of seconds. then it went away like it never even happened. its never happened before. i should add i have rhinitis and silent reflux. should i be concerned?

If this nasal spray is not new, you should be fine. If this is a new spray, you can use again but you should stop it if the same symptom recurs and you have to take the old formula because I could not rule out an allergic response with the new formula although the active ingredient is the same.
