Anxiety?: Although symptoms u provide are limited, it might be an anxiety disorder. Worth exploring. First schedule appointment with your pcp for medical evaluation to rule out medical factors, then consult a psychiatrist for further assessment.

Fear: You are not necessarily manic but you do need to find out what is scaring you. Often times a suppressed fear or problem manifests itself indirectly. Have you had a recent loss? If not confide in someone close to you to try to uncover the origin of your distress. If your fear does not life consult a clinical psychologist for help. My best.
