Arousal in PTSD: Depending on your trauma or other circumstances, this fixation on your husband may be a part of the hyper vigilance/arousal demonstrated in ptsd. This may be an indicator your symptoms are worsening. Part of ptsd treatment involves addressing perceptions. Therapy to address this along with arousal reduction may be of help.

Trust issues: I think that it would be important to address your obsessive need to track your spouse in therapy. If he is a trustworthy man, your suspicions are likely to damage your marriage. Emotional intimacy is built on trust. If trust is lacking there is not a strong foundation for the relationship.

Stories Behind Ur Q?: I'm curious about the context behind your own questions. Without knowing your personal story or the story of your relationship, or anything about the events/trauma(s) preceding these suspicions that came on slowly, we cannot be sure of our assumptions. Consider talking to a skilled mental health clinician with whom you can discuss all of this so s/he can help you answer this important question.
