Unclear: Asbestos exposure as well as tobacco use can both definitely lead to COPD. PTSD is the reaction to a traumatic event or experience that results in avoidance of reminders , intrusive re-experiencing of the trauma in some way(intrusive memories or flashbacks) , negative thoughts etc about the event and marked alteration in reactivity related to the event-(easy startle) for a month at least
