Depends: If you have recurrent uti's , it is appropriate for you to see a urologist, a specialist in bladder and kidney problems. Occasional UTI is common, but multiple recurrent uti's require proper exam and testing by a specialist.. Not all uti's respond to the same antibiotics, so a urine specimen for culture and sensitivity should be done.
