2 years i have uti .with bacteria +ve.i used medications and now it become -ve., but the milky white secretions in my urine remains, is it natural?

No.: I would be concerned about white blood cells in your urine with a white d/c. This could be a sign of other infection including tb, parasites, fungus. But could also represent a variety of other things - chyle, stone disease, etc. Best to see the report of your urine under the microscope.
