A member asked:

Could you tell me a healthier substitutes to caffeine?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Good sleep: Caffeine is ingested as a stimulant and a counter to a need for sleep. These seems to be common problems as caffeine containing drinks and foods are widely used and adored. You will need less caffeine if you sleep well, get a good diet and exercise and of course substitute drinks and foods with no caffeine. The health risks of caffeine are probably rather small however.
