You do not need to if you do not want. Moderate caffeine intake is not a health hazardous issue but it may have some benefits by most recent issues. However, if you truly want to stop caffeine intake, you just have to reduce the daily intake slowly week by week then you can stop it altogether in 4-6 weeks.
