Yes - if done right: All psych meds must be monitored for effect. All must be used in a manner that not only avoids significant side effects, but results in improved performance & mood/attitude. An adderall-benzo combo is no different. This combo however shouldn't be used so as to simply compensate for the side effects of the other. A good specialist in add & mental health dr can/should get you to your best med regime.
