Step back a second: Sometimes it is worth stepping back and revisiting why you are on a stimulant and a sedating anti-anxiety agent. Please consider seeking a second opinion with a board-certified psychiatrist on your DX and medications.

Rationale for combo?: I have not seen, nor used this combination. Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) should help guide info thru the reticular activating system, thereby damping some extraneous or aberrant flow. Klonopin, as a sedating agent would enhance the down regulation of the neurons. If the combo has not exacerbated sedative effects, i doubt there would be a problem. Ck with your pharmacist for untoward reactions.
