No real limit.: Tea has xanthines, which are a type of stimulant, but much less potent than adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine). You'd have to drink a *lot* of tea to have an effect beyond needing to use the restroom more often. At most, you might get shaky. If you're worried, use decaf or herbal teas.
