Drink?: Do you mean alcohol? It wouldn't be my first choice. Tecta is pantoprazole, which is a proton-pump inhibitor commonly prescribed for gastric reflux. Alcohol can increase acid production, so this may result in the medication not seeming to work. So again, i would steer clear of alcohol. Pantoprazole and adderal do not directly interact, but will make the Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) take effect earlier than normal.

You can: consume alcohol while taking Tecta but beware that if you take this for reflux, that the alcohol could worsen your reflux. Also Tecta can increase the absorption of Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) and you may notice more adverse effects like headaches, racing heart, elevated blood pressure, anxiety/agitation, particularly in the several hours after taking the Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine).
