From your experiences with your patients, what is the best add/adhd medication?

Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) but: Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) is the first medication i recommend but 1) only after careful evaluation that it is adhd 2) only if it is clear medication is needed 3) people respond differently to adhd meds so we see if it works and what side effects it has and then change if indicated.
