How many sleeping aid pills (kalms sleep or kalms night) would garauntee making me fall asleep?

No guarantee: I'm afraid ther is no guarantee. Some of the over the counter things taken can actually make some people's sleep issues worse (like in the case of RLS and antihistamines (benadryl). Just be careful on using something to help with sleep even if "natural." find out what is causing you to have trouble falling asleep if you can.
