What's a normal anxiety attack like?

Anxiety: An anxiety or panic attack can feel like your heart is racing, that electricity is flowing through your arms, and can include shortness of breath. Basically like you're being chased by a bear. Anxiety and panic attacks are easily treated by a licensed psychologist. There also many self-help books available that can help you manage these anxiety attacks successfully.
