Relax: If exercise doesn't help your symptoms go see a primary care doctor.

Relax: Since there are many reasons to be "tense" there are many possible solutions. Prayer, meditation, yoga, fitness, stress reduction, massage, counseling etc...... There are also physical conditions that cause spasticity or cramps. Try stretching, hot tub and go see your doctor if nothing else works.
