Fibromyalgia?: Fibromyalgia could be a cause. A good source of info is mayoclinic.org/patientinformation. However, any condition that directly or indirectly affects the skeletal muscles can cause pain w/ exercise. These include anemia, sickle cell, heart or hormone problems, muscle or joint inflammation and electrolyte & fluid imbalance, You seem to really be suffering. Please see a doctor ASAP.

Muscle tension: Probably because you are not used to exercise and even your light activity is more than your muscles want. Try starting to exercise for 5 minutes and then increase by 5 minutes on a weekly basis making sure you keep well hydrated.
