Yes: Hearing aids will make sounds louder. If you are deaf, cochlear implants will give you sound and speech detection and understanding. If your hearing loss is due to fluid behind the ear drums, evacuation of the fluid will help y our hearing. If it is becaue of wax, removal of the wax will improve your hearing.
