Depends: If they were fully erupted teeth and easily removed - probably a few days (or less) or if they were deeply impacted ( underneath the gum and within the jaw bone) and took a considerable amount of time to remove, then probably a few weeks. Your exact healing time being totally free of any pain will probably fall between those 2 extremes. See drawing.

Depends: This could be a few days or several...If they were impacted then its going to take longer then if the teeth were very easy to extract. Usually the more difficult the extraction, the longer it will hurt...This will also depend upon your health the healthier you are the faster you heal. The homeopathic remedy traumeel liquid 6 drops 4x/day a day will help healing.
