Wisdom teeth: Each tooth may have a different position in your jaw. It is possible that the bottom left tooth was closer to the mandibular nerve, or was more deeply impacted and required more effort to remove. Your dentist might have cut out more bone to get to the tooth on that side, so it may hurt more during the healing process. But you must call your doctor if you get a fever because it might be infected.

Varies: Each extraction can be different...roots shaped differently on each tooth, brittleness of the tooth, position of the tooth, length of the roots and density of the bone. So there may be more discomfort in one area than another because of many of these items.

Wisdom teeth: your healing depends on the nature and the difficulty of your extractions. This can be different for each tooth. Continue following your post op instructions. Call the extracting dentist if you have concerns about your symptoms.

Temporary condition: and it is very common. You may experience this condition temporarily as a result of your wisdom teeth surgery. Your other teeth may ache. This is called referred pain and is also a temporary condition.
