Chest pain: Chestpain that occurs with change in position may suggest musculoskletal pain. However other causes of chest pain should be considered by your md.

?coronary disease: Your pain is probably musculoskeletal if obesity is your main concern. Remember that heart disease is still biggest killer of men and women. Get a heart check up. Maybe stress test ecg. Then if it is musculoskeletal than treat accordingly. February is heart awareness month but don't wait til then.
