If you are having: Regularly monthly cycles, make sure you have intercourse 2 times a week. Otherwise you can time ovulation with a urinary ovulation predictor kit. Have intercourse the day the test is positive. Otherwise i would speak to your doctor about speaking to a reproductive endocrinologist/infertility physician about medical interventions. Knowing you age is important here too.
