Tubes open : That means that your tubes are working and should not be an obstacle. If you are ovulating and your husbands semen are normal then pregnancy should be possible

Infertility: Great news that your tubes are patent. This means there is no physical blockage preventing sperm from getting to ovaries. This does not mean you will get pregnant. 1. Are you ovulating? 2. Is your partners sperm count healthy? 3. Is the timing of intercourse correct? 4. Does your hormones and uterus support a fetus? Having normal hsg is good first step.
