Incontinence: Bowel incontinence is not a specific sign of cancer. Needs a physical exinatuon with a doctor. Weakened sphincter muscles can come from trauma or prior pregnancy with episiotomy. Also could be rectocele & could also consider seeing a gynecologist for an examination.
