They're OK...: But we, as a profession, (and this is really generalized) feel that the key to alleviating the majority of heel pain is with arch support. No: Alteration of footgear and arch supports are usually the "first aid" of heel pain. If not improved, increasing heel height, ice massage and taking anti-inflammatories can help. Beyond this you need a good podiatrist's help.
