Red dots: Leukemia with a normal cbc is extremely rare. If the red dots are permanent they can be tiny capillary hemagiomas which are benign. A physician or dermatologist would have to examine you to identify these dots. Fatigue can also be caused by iron deficiency, low blood pressure, underactive thyroid, slow heart rhythm, adrenal gland insufficiency. Your MD can arrange testing after an examination.
