I have a pain on my chest - it's like my heart is tightening plus it sometimes feels like i'm being slightly pricked with small needles... what could it be?, it started mid last week. i do have some back pain and neck pain as well

See doctor: You have so many problems that it would be best for you to consult your doctor. I suspect however that many of your symptoms may be caused by anxiety leading to hyperventilation. However this would not have accounted for your back or neck pain
