Advil (ibuprofen) PM: contains 38 mg of diphenhydramine citrate which can aid with sleep. However, it also contains 200 mg of ibuprofen. If you aren't treating pain/ inflammation & don't need the ibuprofen – then a medication that doesn't contain ibuprofen may be a better option. Try sleep hygiene before going to sleep medications.

Maybe: The active ingredients in advil pm are Ibuprofen and Diphenhydramine (benadryl). Benadryl (diphenhydramine) is an anti-histamine and, as the name implies, the counteract the effect of histamines. Histamine is a neurotransmitter associated with wakefulness and vigilance. If you counteract it, it causes drowsiness and sleep.
I would use it only as needed, though, as
ibuprofen has some adverse effects.

Not Tylenol (acetaminophen): The PM part yes. But, taking Tylenol (acetaminophen) daily is extremely hard in the liver. Use the generic for Benadryl. That is what causes sedation.

No: The amount of benadryl, (diphenhydramine) which is the part of that medicine that makes you drowsy, would be higher than the recommended amount to take.
