Advil (ibuprofen) PM: contains 38 mg of diphenhydramine citrate which can aid with sleep. However, it also contains 200 mg of ibuprofen. If you aren't treating pain/ inflammation & don't need the ibuprofen – then a medication that doesn't contain ibuprofen may be a better option. Try sleep hygiene before going to sleep medications.
